Tushar Bhangale
Tushar Bhangale is a Movement and Longevity Specialist with over a decade of experience in sports science, human movement mechanics, and corrective exercise.
He works with chronic pain patients, recreational athletes, and high-performance sports people across running, triathlon, Hyrox, pickleball, football, and cricket, helping them resolve pain that years of medical treatment and physiotherapy couldn’t fix, and build bodies that perform for life.
His health-first approach addresses the root cause of pain and dysfunction through movement repatterning, biomechanics correction, and personalized coaching, not symptom management.
He also works with organizations as a corporate wellness speaker and educator.
