Who This Is For

This program is for two groups of people who share one thing in common: they want to feel genuinely better in their bodies over the long term, not just achieve a short-term result.

People managing chronic conditions – You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, or a related condition. You are on medication and working with your doctor. But you know, and perhaps your doctor has told you, that medication alone is only part of the picture. Lifestyle change is the other part, and that is where most people struggle to get real, sustained support.

This coaching works alongside your existing medical care. Not in place of it. I work with the lifestyle levers that medicine cannot: how you move through your day, how you sleep, how you manage stress, how you eat, and how you build habits that actually stick over time. The goal is to make your medical treatment more effective by addressing the life around it.

People who want to improve their health and fitness without a specific goal – You are not chasing fat loss, a race finish, or a body transformation. You simply want to feel better, have more energy, better sleep, less stiffness, and a body that functions well as you age. You want structure, accountability, and guidance from someone who understands health as a system, not a trainer who will put you through workouts without understanding the bigger picture.

This program is not for: People whose primary goal is weight loss, fat loss, or body recomposition. Those goals require a different approach and are not the focus here. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right fit.

This is not a quick fix, and it is not marketed as one. Genuine lifestyle change, the kind that improves chronic conditions, shifts your energy levels, and builds long-term health,  takes time and consistency.
