Many runners face the challenge of increasing training volume without proper form, leading to injuries and halted progress. The pressure to push harder often leads to overtraining, injury, and frustration. Running with incorrect technique slows progress and limits potential, pulling athletes into a discouraging cycle.
Most runners seek advice from peers, but without knowledge of sports science that guidance often falls short. As a movement specialist and running coach with a background in sports science, I have helped many runners run injury-free and unlock their potential by fine-tuning their running technique.
Running technique isn’t just about speed or efficiency. It’s fundamentally a movement problem. The way you load your foot, rotate your hip, hold your spine, and use your arms are movement patterns, and when those patterns are off, the body compensates. Absolutely. No matter your experience level, you can refine your running form by focusing on the basics and adopting the right mindset. This program is designed to guide you step by step, helping you develop proper movement patterns for improved performance. I am here to support you at every step.
This program primarily focuses on generating the right movement patterns to benefit you in the long run. Avoiding running with incorrect form during the program is important, as your brain learns new movement patterns and must unlearn the old ones simultaneously. If you continue running with incorrect form alongside the program, you slow that process down significantly.
This is not a program focused on running endurance, speed, or fat loss. The sole goal is helping you develop the right movement mechanics for endurance running.
Here are two options:
- Set up your mobile camera at a fixed location, shoot a test photo or video to confirm it captures your full body, then keep it in position and record according to the guidelines I share after sign-up.
- Ask a friend or family member to follow those same guidelines and shoot the video for you.
If you’d prefer I personally record the video during a session, you can book a consultation and we can arrange that.
Missed sessions due to illness or injury are shifted to slots beyond your last planned session, so you always receive the full number of sessions.
Yes. You can opt for one trial session initially, charged on a per-hour basis. If you join the full program after that, the trial charge is adjusted against the program fee.
You will be given available slot options to choose from when you start.
