What This Is
A paid 1-on-1 consultation with me focused entirely on your specific situation, question, or problem.
Think of it the way you would think of seeing a specialist. You come with something specific. You get an informed, experienced, honest assessment. You leave with clarity, direction, and answers you couldn’t find elsewhere.
This is not an introduction to my programs. It is a standalone expert session for people who need professional input on something specific and want it from someone who understands human movement, sports science, pain, and performance at a depth that most generalists don’t.
When a Consultation Makes Sense
You want a second opinion – You have been told something about your pain, your injury, or your movement by a doctor, physio, or coach, and you want another informed perspective before deciding how to proceed.

You are a coach, physio, or medical professional seeking input – You are working with an athlete or patient and want to discuss a case from a movement and sports science perspective. Collaborative professional consultations are welcome.
You want to understand your movement or pain before committing to anything – You are not ready for a full program, but want a proper expert assessment of what is going on with your body, what the movement patterns reveal, what might be driving your pain, and what your options are.

A focused 60-minute session online or in person in Pune, where I give you my full attention and expertise on your specific situation. No generic advice. No templated answers. Just an honest, informed assessment from someone who has spent over a decade working with human movement, pain, and athletic performance.
After the session, you will have clarity on what is driving your problem, what your options are, and what the right next step looks like, whether that involves working with me further or not.
