Pain-Free Movement Coaching

Eliminate recurring pain, fix movement limitations & get back to what you love.

You don’t just want relief, you want lasting change.

Pain Management Protocol

Program Overview

Most people with chronic or recurring pain have tried one or more of these:

  • • Physiotherapy helped, but symptoms returned
  • • Painkillers that mask the pain without addressing it
  • • Rest that only delays the next flare-up

But the pain always comes back, because the cause was never addressed.

This program helps you identify what’s keeping you stuck and correct the patterns driving pain, stiffness, and limitations, so you can move better, live more freely, and stop fearing that the pain will return.

This Is For You If. . .

✔ You’ve been living with recurring pain for months or years in your back, knee, hip, shoulder, or elsewhere, and haven’t found lasting relief

✔ You are a runner, triathlete, hyrox, pickleball, padel athlete, or play any sport, and keep getting derailed by the same injury

✔ You’ve tried treatments but the pain returns

✔ You avoid movement or activities you love because they trigger discomfort

✔ You want to build strength, confidence, and pain-free function in your daily life

✔ You want to understand why your body is doing what it’s doing, not just manage the symptoms

You deserve more than temporary fixes.

What This Program Does

Some pain is driven by tissue damage, but much of persistent and recurring pain is driven by movement and load patterns. When the body learns to move in a compensated or dysfunctional way, whether from old injury, posture habits, training errors, or daily life, that pattern keeps loading the same structures, and the pain keeps returning.

This coaching focuses on the underlying movement mechanics that influence how your body loads its joints and tissues and systematically corrects them.

You’ll get:

🧠 Movement & Biomechanics
I assess how you move and identify why certain patterns are causing your pain.

🦴 Corrective & Preventive Exercise
Targeted mobility, stability, and strength work specific to your body’s needs and movement findings.

🏃 Performance-Aware Coaching
Building a resilient movement that supports your goals, whether that is daily life without pain, returning to a sport, or performing at a higher level.

📊 Load & Lifestyle Management
Real, practical solutions for how you train, work, move through your day, and recover.

How It Works

1️⃣ Movement Assessment

Your first step is a detailed 1-on-1 movement assessment session of 60 to 90 minutes.

In this assessment, I look at:

✔ Posture & alignment

✔ Movement mechanics and patterns

✔ Pain triggers & load response

✔ Daily habits and activity stress

Post Movement Assessment Analysis:

✔ I discuss your specific pain drivers with you

✔ Share findings in clear, simple language

✔ Give you an honest estimate of how long the coaching process might take

👉 This step is required before coaching begins.

2️⃣ Coaching Phase

After the assessment, coaching begins with a structured program tailored specifically to your findings and goals.

What you get:

• One weekly session (in-person in Pune or online via video call)

• A clear, progressive plan for between sessions

• Movement correction and strength development work

• Weekly feedback and coaching

• Education on load management so you understand what is driving change

What You’ll Experience

You can expect:

✅ Improved movement quality and body awareness

✅ Reduced pain flare-ups and fewer recurring injuries

✅ Greater confidence in your body and how it moves

✅ Better consistency in training or daily activity

✅ The ability to load joints and move freely without bracing for pain

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a lasting change in how your body moves and responds to load.

Frequently asked questions

🔍
Who is this program for? Do I need to be an athlete?

Not at all. This program works for anyone living with recurring or persistent pain, whether you are a runner, a weekend sports player, or someone who simply wants to get through the day without their back or knee flaring up. The movement assessment approach applies to every body regardless of fitness level or sporting background.

How is this different from physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy primarily addresses tissue-level problems, such as inflammation, structural damage, and acute injury. This coaching addresses movement patterns, how you load your body, how you compensate, and why the pain keeps returning even after tissue-level treatment. The two approaches are complementary, not competing. Many clients come here after completing physiotherapy, or work alongside a treating physiotherapist at the same time.

How long does the program take?

It depends entirely on your specific situation how long the pain has been present, how complex the movement patterns are, and how consistently you are able to apply the work between sessions. After your movement assessment, I will give you an honest estimate based on what I find.

Is this available online or only in Pune?

Both. In-person sessions are available in Pune. Online coaching via video call is available to clients anywhere in the world.

Do I need a referral from a doctor or physiotherapist?

No referral is required. However, if you are currently under the care of a medical professional for your condition, I encourage you to continue that relationship. Where appropriate, I am happy to collaborate or communicate with your treating professional.
