Building a healthier life isn’t about chasing a number on a scale. It’s about changing how you live consistently, sustainably, and in a way that your body actually responds to.
Who This Is For
This program is for two groups of people who share one thing in common: they want to feel genuinely better in their bodies over the long term, not just achieve a short-term result.
People managing chronic conditions – You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, or a related condition. You are on medication and working with your doctor. But you know, and perhaps your doctor has told you, that medication alone is only part of the picture. Lifestyle change is the other part, and that is where most people struggle to get real, sustained support.
This coaching works alongside your existing medical care. Not in place of it. I work with the lifestyle levers that medicine cannot: how you move through your day, how you sleep, how you manage stress, how you eat, and how you build habits that actually stick over time. The goal is to make your medical treatment more effective by addressing the life around it.
People who want to improve their health and fitness without a specific goal – You are not chasing fat loss, a race finish, or a body transformation. You simply want to feel better, have more energy, better sleep, less stiffness, and a body that functions well as you age. You want structure, accountability, and guidance from someone who understands health as a system, not a trainer who will put you through workouts without understanding the bigger picture.
This program is not for: People whose primary goal is weight loss, fat loss, or body recomposition. Those goals require a different approach and are not the focus here. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right fit.
Movement
- Assessment of how you currently move through your day, not just during exercise
- Correcting movement dysfunctions that limit your capacity or cause discomfort
- Building appropriate physical activity that fits your life and condition
Nutrition Approach
- Building a practical, sustainable approach to eating that supports your condition
- Understanding how specific food choices interact with diabetes, hypertension, or cholesterol in simple, actionable terms
- No meal plans or calorie counting, habits and awareness instead
Sleep & Recovery
- Identifying what is disrupting your sleep and recovery
- Building consistent habits that address the root of poor rest
- Understanding how sleep directly affects your condition and energy
Stress & Daily Habits
- Working on the small daily behaviors that compound into lasting health change
- Addressing lifestyle stressors that undermine your health, regardless of how well you eat or exercise
- Habit building that works around your actual life, not an ideal version of it
Accountability & Education
- Weekly check-ins to keep you on track and adjust when life gets in the way
- Clear explanations of why things work, not just what to do
- A consistent, informed presence throughout your health journey
- Starts with a detailed intake session covering your health history, current conditions, lifestyle, sleep, stress, movement habits, and goals
- A personalized coaching plan is built around your specific situation, not a template
- Coaching runs on a monthly basis with regular check-ins, weekly guidance, and plan adjustments as you progress
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, the honest minimum for lifestyle change to produce real, measurable results
